
Shrimp + Sausage Skillet

Ingredients
- 1 lb. medium or large raw shrimp peeled and deveined
- 6 oz smoked sausage nitrate-free, sliced (kielbasa style)
- 1 cup red bell pepper diced
- 2 medium zucchini chopped
- 2 garlic cloves diced
- sea salt & pepper to taste
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes optional
- 2 tbsp olive oil avocado oil, or coconut oil (divided)
- small bunch chopped parsley
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with 1 tbsp oil
Cook shrimp about 3 minutes until pink and opaque, season with sea salt and pepper, then remove from pan and set aside
Add remaining 1 Tbsp of oil into the skillet and cook sliced sausage for about 2 minutes. Add chopped bell peppers and zucchini to the skillet, cook for an additional 5 minutes
Add your cooked shrimp back into skillet along with the garlic, and stir fry everything for about 1 minute to heat through
Add sea salt, ground pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste
Remove from heat, garnish with parsley and serve hot
